Delivery : Dispatched within 2 working days.
Octroi : Any octroi charged in any state as per laws will be paid by buyer. Octroi will be paid directly to the courier company. Require road permit in case apply at buyer location.
Handling & Packing : Every care is being taken by our packaging desk to ensure that the item reaches the buyer safely and undamaged. It is however the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the packet received by them is in a non tempered condition.
Do not please accept the packet if it is not sealed. In case of any doubts open packet in front of the courier personnel and return the pack if the item is found to be broken or damaged.
No complaints of the product once received from the courier will be entertained.(Specially in case of physical damage)
Return And Warranty : Buyer is responsible for all-return postage and shipping charges.
Full refund including shipping charges will be given if the item is not dispatched by us in 15 days.
Buyer would not be liable for a refund if the item that is returned shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; missing manuals, parts and accessories. The item will be returned back to the buyer.
Refund will not be given if buyer does not like the item / or for any other reason.
