This card features a storage capacity of 1TB, 3D TLC NAND flash memory, and utilizes the PCIe 3.0 / NVMe 1.2 interface to achieve maximum sustained read speeds of 1800 MB/s and maximum write speeds of 1400 MB/s. This card also delivers an MTBF of 2 million hours, a Total Bytes Written (TBW) rating of 600TB, an Unrecoverable Bit Error Rate (UBER) of 1 sector per 1017 bits read, and is resistant to temperatures ranging from 14 to 158°F.
