Designed for DITs, video directors, and camera operators, the ASUS ProArt Display 15.6″ 4K UHD HDR Portable Monitor delivers highly accurate colors that bring out the finest details in your creations. Factory calibrated for Delta E <2 accuracy, this Calman Verified UHD 4K 3840 x 2160 resolution display covers 100% of the sRGB and Rec. 709 gamuts, supporting 16.7 million colors with HDR10, a 1200:1 contrast ratio, 5 ms GtG response time, and 400 nits brightness.

With 12G-SDI connectivity, you can transmit uncompressed 4K, 60 Hz footage directly from a camera with exceptionally low latency. You can also transfer video and power over a single cable by connecting a DisplayPort in Alt. Mode compatible laptop to the designated USB-C port. An HDMI 2.0 port is also available. The USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port supports up to 5 Gb/s data transfers with compatible peripherals. Plug a pair of headphones into the 3.5mm jack for listening privacy.

A frameless IPS panel provides 170° viewing angles both horizontally and vertically, so you can enjoy its beautiful visuals from almost any direction.

High Dynamic Range
The ProArt Display PA16USV features up to 400 nits of brightness and HDR10 for brighter whites and darker blacks for a rich viewing experience.

Multiple PQ Curves
ASUS ProArt Displays support multiple HDR10 curves, including PQ Hard Clip, PQ Optimized, and PQ Basic, which can cover all content creation needs.

PQ Hard Clip
This setting preserves the PQ curve until it displays maximum luminance. Anything brighter will be mapped to the maximum luminance of the display.

PQ Optimized
This PQ curve setting reproduces accurate gradations that correspond to the maximum brightness of the monitor to deliver optimized HDR performance.

PQ Basic
Present general HDR performance.

12G-SDI Connectivity

SDI (Serial Digital Interface) is a professional video signal that’s preferred in production environments, providing longer distance without video compression with reliability. The BNC-type cable has specialized connectors on each end to lock into the devices they connect to, so it cannot be easily dropped or pulled out.
Compared with general 3G-SDI, 12G-SDI provides up to 4x the bandwidth and allows both receiving and transmitting uncompressed video up to 4K/60 Hz video footage directly from camera devices with ultra-low latency.

Connect to Your Workflow
A USB-C port enables fast data transfers and video signals while powering the display with compatible devices using a single cable. There is also one HDMI 2.0 port for compatibility with current and future displays and peripherals, plus one USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 data port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Flexible Mounting
The portable ProArt Display fits into a variety of workspaces with its built-in kickstand, included mini stand, and 75 x 75 mm VESA pattern.

Picture-by-Picture (PbP)
View two to four different settings simultaneously by placing multiple input sources onscreen side-by-side; and configure each individual window’s color settings with sRGB, Adobe RGB, DCI-P3, Rec. 2020, User Mode 1, or User Mode 2.

Blue Light Filter
The TUV Rheinland-certified ASUS Blue Light Filter protects you from harmful blue light and you can easily access this via a hotkey. ProArt displays have undergone stringent performance tests and have been certified by TUV Rheinland laboratories to be flicker-free and to emit low blue light levels.

Ergonomic Design
A comfortable viewing position is always easy to achieve with ASUS ProArt Display. An ergonomically designed quick release stand with -3 to 21° tilt, ±30° swivel, ±90° pivot, and 5.1″ height adjustments provides comfortable viewing and usage experiences. Furthermore, it is 100 x 100mm VESA wall mountable to save on desktop space.

Accurate Real-Time On-Set Preview
QuickFit Plus is a clever feature that overlays a grid on the screen and allows you to better align and preview. Center Marker and Safety Area can provide a real-time preview when you are on set shooting to help avoid video that falls outside of the screen area. Ruler provides the actual size of an inch ruler on the edge, but you can customize the working size to fit your preference.
