Overview :
The TS-464U-RP 4-Bay NAS Enclosure from QNAP features two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports and Port Trunking for up to 5 Gb/s of combined bandwidth. The built-in 4K HDMI output allows for multimedia and virtual machine display, while a PCIe 3.0 x2 slot lets you extend NAS functionality with a 10GbE/5GbE network card, QM2 card for M.2 SSD caching, or Edge TPU for AI image recognition. The TS-464U-RP also supports AES 256-bit encryption to help ensure the confidentiality of sensitive business data without affecting system performance.
The TS-464U-RP is powered by a 2.0 GHz Intel Celeron Quad-Core processor and 8GB of onboard DDR4 RAM. It supports JBOD and a variety of RAID modes, including RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10, each of which offer data redundancy, speed, or a combination of both. This 4-bay enclosure has the ability to natively house both 3.5″ and 2.5″ SATA III and SATA II hard drives or SSDs. Using the external 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 480 Mb/s USB 2.0 Type-A, and HDMI 1.4b ports, this QNAP NAS can be connected to other QNAP devices, as well as other external drives and displays.
The TS-464U-RP 4-Bay NAS Enclosure operates on 100-240 VAC at 50-60 Hz using dual redundant 250W power supplies and stays cool using two 40mm fans. It includes an Ethernet cable, two power cords, 48 screws for 3.5″ drives, 36 screws for 2.5″ drives, and two hangers. Protection is provided by a limited 3-year warranty.
